Bare Complexion Acne & Skincare will accept items that are in an unused, unwrapped condition in exchange for store credit.

Customer’s original order number must be provided at the time of the exchange. All orders must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original packaging included.

Contact us at hello@barecomplexionacneandskincare to initiate a return or exchange. Any product returned with signs of wear will not be refunded but will be sent back at the customers expense. All returned or exchanged items must be shipped to the address provided by customer service to be processed. All applicable shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable. Please allow 1-2 weeks from our receipt of the returned or exchanged items for our office to receive and process your refund or exchange request.
